No matter the age you should look for qualifications as they are must.
When the parents interview, you may probably introduced to their children as well. So do not forget to say “Hello” to children. This is your chance to convince yourself to the parents that you are capable of doing the job. You should start bonding with children right away at the interview. Carry a resume and letters of recommendation from previous families with whom you have worked and always be professional about the interview.
